Under Age 65 (Pre-Medicare)
PERACare offers four Pre-Medicare health plan options:
- Two PPO plans with UMR (A UnitedHealthcare Company). One available nationwide and the other available if you live in one of 14 counties in Colorado.
- An HMO and an Everyday Care Plan (EDCP) with Kaiser Permanente of Colorado (Kaiser)
PERACare also offers dental plans with Cigna Dental and Delta Dental, and a vision plan with VSP.
