PERA Adopts New Strategic Plan
The Colorado PERA Board of Trustees adopted the 2025-2027 strategic plan at its March meeting. While developing the new strategic plan, PERA’s mission to provide security for members while ensuring the sustainability of the fund remained the core focus.
The strategic plan will guide PERA’s organizational priorities and aspirations over the next three years. It will also provide long-term direction and a high-level roadmap for achieving priorities, ensuring alignment between the Board and staff on key objectives.
The plan will focus on three main goals:
- Financial Stability: Strengthen PERA’s long-term financial health.
- Customer/Stakeholder Experience: Be a trusted partner in service of our customers.
- Organizational Excellence and Modernization: Create value through exceptional performance.
The plan’s progress will be reviewed at Board meetings. You can find information on past and upcoming meetings on the Board and Leadership webpage on PERA’s website.
