Extra! Extra! Free Benefits Included in Your Plan

Make sure you’re getting the most out of your plan by taking advantage of the extra benefits included at no additional cost. Your PERACare benefits include more than just medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Health plans

All PERACare health plans offer a fitness center benefit that gives you free access to thousands of fitness centers nationwide, as well as live and on-demand fitness classes.

Other extra benefits include hearing aid coverage, mindfulness apps, virtual care, and diabetes and weight management programs.

View the PERACare Health Benefits Program booklet for more on what’s included in your plan. The additional benefits are shown in the last section of the “Benefit Highlights” for each health plan.

New for Kaiser Pre-Medicare enrollees in 2026—enroll in Kaiser Permanente rewards for the ability to earn $150 in wellness reward dollars.

Dental plans

Both Cigna Dental and Delta Dental offer programs that allow for additional cleanings covered at 100% (in addition to the two cleanings covered annually) for people with certain medical conditions. Contact your carrier with any questions about which conditions qualify.

Vision plans

VSP vision plans include access to TruHearing, which can provide discounts on hearing tests and hearing aids. Contact TruHearing at 866-929-3827 and tell them you’re with Colorado PERA to get started with a hearing test.
