Changes to PERA Rules

PERA will hold a rules hearing on September 23 at 10 a.m. to discuss changes to rules, which govern much of PERA’s day-to-day operations. A summary of changes will be posted on copera.org prior to the rules hearing. Public comment will be available prior to and during the hearing, and it will be livestreamed.
