Changes to PERA Rules

PERA will hold a rules hearing on September 23 at 10 a.m. to discuss changes to rules, which govern much of PERA’s day-to-day operations. A summary of the changes has been posted on the PERA website ahead of the rules hearing. Public comment will be available prior to and during the hearing, and it will be livestreamed.
