Access Your Tax and Benefit Statements Anytime 

By logging into your secure member account, you don’t have to wait for the mail to access your 1099-R tax forms, verification of income letter, retiree annual statement, and monthly benefit statements. You can view these documents at anytime it’s convenient for you. 

To access these documents: 

1. Log in to your secure member account using your User ID and password. 
2. Select “Statements & Tax Info” from the left side menu of the home page. 
3. Select “Statements” from the submenu and navigate to the document you need. 

From here, you can view and download any documents you need to complete your taxes or to save for your own recordkeeping.

Don’t Have an Online PERA Account? 

If you don’t have an online PERA account, follow these steps: 

1. Go to the Member Login/Registration page. 
2. Select “Register as a new user.” 
3. Complete the “New User Registration” information. 
4. Log in to your account with your newly created User ID and password.
