Open Enrollment Information
PERACare Open Enrollment begins October 1, 2009, and ends November 15, 2009. PERA offices will not be open to receive forms or answer questions on Saturday, November 14, or Sunday, November 15. Mailed forms must be postmarked by November 14. Faxed forms must be received by 4:30 p.m. (Mountain time) on November 15.
PERA will mail all DPSRS retirees open enrollment information in early September. If you have not received your enrollment materials by September 23, you may request a replacement packet by calling PERA's Customer Service Center on the special DPSRS open enrollment assistance line at 1-866-737-2261. You may also review information on 2010 plan choices by selecting the links under "PERACare Health Benefits Program Booklet" below.

Meetings
Meetings will be open from 9:00 a.m. to noon. The PERACare 2010 presentation will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will be repeated at 10:45 a.m. Meetings will have information tables staffed by PERA and the PERACare plan providers. No reservations are necessary.
